  • Welcome to the Central City Neighborhood Association. If you live or work anywhere within the boundaries of Burnside and Powell, Eastman and Hogan – you're a part of our association. This community consists of quiet neighborhoods, major apartment complexes, town homes, large and small businesses and Historic Downtown Gresham.
