The City Council adopted a tobacco-free parks law in 2017. Tobacco or marijuana use in parks may result in a fine up to $500.
Banned products include:
- Cigarettes

- Cigarillos
- Bidis
- Clove cigarettes
- E-cigarettes
- Nicotine vaporizers
- Nicotine liquids
- Hookahs
- Kreteks
- Pipes
- Chew
- Snuff
- Smokeless tobacco
