    Shut off your water meter in an emergency

    In this short video we demonstrate the steps to turn off your water. If you're planning a plumbing project, call us first so we can send someone to assist. This may help you avoid damage to the meter box water valve.

    • Evenings or weekends, call 503-661-3906 and an on-call superintendent will dispatch staff as needed.
