The Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC) meets as needed on the third Tuesday of the month at 2:30 pm.
GRDC meetings allow necessary Urban Renewal business to be dealt with, such a bid and grant awards, budget adoption, public hearings, resolutions, approval of projects and related updates, and policy and property matters.
How to attend and access agenda materials
The GRDC has transitioned back to in-person meetings. Members of the public are welcome to attend in person in the Council Chambers located at 1331 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham, OR 97030. The meetings are also broadcast live on Council Meeting Agendas and Videos, and via Zoom.
- The Zoom meeting log-in/call-in information is listed on the first page of the meeting agenda. The agenda and related materials are posted on the Council Meeting Agendas and Videos page under Upcoming Events (Redevelopment Commission), and on the Gresham Redevelopment Commission page in the Meeting agendas and minutes section. Agenda materials are posted to those locations approximately one week before the meeting.
- Persons wishing to access the meeting via Zoom and are unable to access the meeting via Zoom are encouraged to contact Johntae Ivory, Administrative Assistant 2, by calling 503-618-2473 or emailing Johntae.Ivory@GreshamOregon.gov by 5:00 p.m. two business days before the meeting, so that the City can provide alternate arrangements.
- Persons who desire translation services for the meeting must notify Johntae Ivory, Administrative Assistant 2, by calling 503-618-2473 or emailing Johntae.Ivory@GreshamOregon.gov by 5:00 pm three business days before the meeting, so that the City can make arrangements for translation services.
How to provide testimony
- Persons who want to provide oral testimony must register their name, e-mail address, phone number, and subject matter by 2:30 pm one business day before the meeting via email to Johntae.Ivory@GreshamOregon.gov.
- Persons who want to provide written testimony must submit their written testimony by 2:30 pm one business day before the meeting via email to Johntae.Ivory@GreshamOregon.gov, so the testimony can be provided to the GRDC before the meeting.
